Partner Types
We have defined three main partner types in our business model:
1. Artist & Designer
Artists and designers provide design services to customers, turning their ideas into virtual mosaic designs.
2. Merchant (Producer)
Merchants, or mosaic manufacturers, produce mosaic tiles and assemble them into finished mosaics. They also handle packaging and delivery.
3. Assembler
Assemblers are a separate partner type from merchants. They offer assembly services to customers and other partners who need them. While large merchants often have workers and/or robots in their workshops, many small companies or studios lack the resources to assemble mosaics themselves — assemblers help fill that gap.
