The future of Mosaic Production
A typical mosaic project for floors, plazas, or swimming pools involves 100,000+ tiles—some can even exceed 1.2 million. Traditional manual assembly is slow and labor-intensive; even skilled workers can typically place only around 10,000 tiles per day. Our Robotic Mosaic Assembly System automates this process, achieving speeds of up to 3,600 tiles per hour and beyond.

We have developed two types of pick-and-mount robots: Delta structure and Cartesian structure.
Our Cartesian Robot is a fast, precise, economical, and durable solution for mosaic business owners.
Our robots are optimized to pick multiple small tiles and are more efficient than any other industrial robots on the market.
The fastest model can assemble up to 6,000 tiles per hour, and we are continuously working to increase its speed.
We have also developed and tested the Delta Robot and Scara Robot, but we believe the Cartesian robot offers better performance for mosaic assembly.
All mosaic robots feature a Pallet Area and a Feeder Area.
The robot picks tiles from the feeders, transports them to the mosaic pallet, and places them in the correct positions.

Typical Workflow
- Import tile samples into the design software.
- Design a mosaic and export robot command data.
- Tile preparation: fill tiles into carrier tape or tile trays. Prepare a sufficient quantity and store them in a storage area.
- Load tile tape onto feeders, or mount tile trays onto a pallet. The design tool will indicate how many tiles are needed.
- Mount an empty receiver pallet onto the robot.
- Open the robot console and load the command data file.
- Assembly: Let the robot build your mosaic. It will notify you when a pallet is ready.
- Finalizing: Transfer completed pallets to the workbench. Apply glue and back mesh to secure the tiles, then package them.
- Delivery: Transport and install the mosaic at the destination.
FAQ
Which mosaic design tool should we use?
- Fast Mosaic: Our primary design tool — quick and user-friendly.
- Tile Mosaic Maker: More complex, but includes a wide range of shapes and patterns.
- Tile Mosaic Render for website: Enables online mosaic design and preview.
Price Range
- The robot, feeding system, and support components come together to form a complete Robotic Mosaic Assembly System.
- An entry-level mosaic robot system starts at around $11,000. This includes a 4-head picker with a tray pallet feeder. The full package comes with 500 trays — enough to handle mosaics using up to 48 colors.
- For a more advanced workshop solution, prices start at $20,000 and above — depending on your specific needs.
