These Rules apply only to eligible output files generated through the web version of EzMosaic. Output files generated through the desktop client are stored locally on your device and are not subject to these Rules.

To help you download and review your work, we provide temporary cloud storage for eligible vector graphics and PDF files generated through the web version. These Rules form an integral part of the EzMosaic Terms of Service.

1. Storage Rules

Retention period Up to 30 days from the date the file is generated

Storage limit Up to 500 eligible files per account

Expiration cleanup Files older than the 30-day retention period become eligible for removal through the applicable cleanup process.

File-count cleanup If an account exceeds the 500-file limit, the oldest files by generation time become eligible for removal first.

The 30-day period describes the intended availability period for eligible files. Files may remain temporarily stored after becoming eligible for cleanup while the cleanup process is pending. We do not guarantee that removal occurs immediately upon expiration or when the file-count limit is exceeded.

We may remove files earlier where necessary for security, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

2. Important Notices

  • Temporary storage only. This service is provided for convenience and is not intended to be permanent storage or a backup service.
  • Download and back up your files. You are responsible for downloading and keeping your own copies of files you wish to retain.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee that a file will remain available throughout the entire 30-day period or that it will be recoverable after removal.
  • File loss. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EzMosaic is not responsible for the deletion or loss of files resulting from expiration of the retention period, enforcement of the storage limit, or other circumstances described in these Rules.

These Rules do not exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

3. Changes to These Rules

We may update these Rules to reflect operational, technical, security, or business changes.

If a change would shorten the retention period or reduce the storage limit, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice through an announcement on the official website and by email, where applicable.

Updated Rules will be published on the relevant website, together with a revised Effective Date.
