Tile Indicator
In traditional manual mosaic assembly, workers frequently shift their focus between the assembly diagram, the work tray, and the tile supply trays. This constant switching can lead to fatigue and errors.
Tile Indicator was designed to solve this problem.
It reads data files exported from mosaic design software such as Tile Mosaic Maker. After the worker selects the page to be assembled, light spots are projected onto the corresponding positions on the work tray. As the worker picks different tile colors, the indicator guides them through the assembly process — making it easier and significantly reducing mistakes.
An integrated adjustment system allows the device to be easily positioned above the workbench.
